Darkness
06:25
|
|||
My heart, my love
One word, and gone
To stay, i will
Believe, and pray
To see, to feel
To hear, to be and gone
How can i get close to you?
How can i the foolish one?
Beauty can't be seen but only kissed, but only kissed
I have so much love to give
But where are you and how to be reached?
Can i talk, can i speak?
And can i lay my head on you?
Can i choose and can i say
I love you!
Darkness surrounding me
My head hangs low
Your arms are far
Your breath takes me
Besides i am in love
I'm loving you but you
So far from me i'm holding out
Your words your face your breath
Your touch your heart should cover me
But all you do is watching me
So i dismiss the grace of you
And far beyond the darkness grows
Which leads me back to all my roots
The longing and the pain
In darkness and disgrace
The longing and the pain
In darkness and disgrace
Beauty can't be seen but only kissed, but only kissed
I have so much love to give
But where are you and how to be reached?
Beauty can't be seen but only kissed, but only kissed
I have so much love to give
But where are you and how to be reached?
How to be reached?
How to be reached?

Annabel Lee
10:10
|
|||
It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.
I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea,
But we loved with a love that was more than loveβ
I and my Annabel Leeβ
With a love that the wingèd seraphs of Heaven
Coveted her and me.
And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsmen came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.
The angels, not half so happy in Heaven,
Went envying her and meβ
Yes!βthat was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.
But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than weβ
Of many far wiser than weβ
And neither the angels in Heaven above
Nor the demons down under the sea
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
For the moon never beams, without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise, but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darlingβmy darlingβmy life and my bride,
In her sepulchre there by the seaβ
In her tomb by the sounding sea.

Jack's Lament
03:30
|
|||
There are few who'd deny, at what I do I am the best
For my talents are renowned far and wide
When it comes to surprises in the moonlit night
I excel without ever even trying
With the slightest little effort of my ghostlike charms
I have seen grown men give out a shriek
With the wave of my hand, and a well-placed moan
I have swept the very bravest off their feet
Yet year after year, it's the same routine
And I grow so weary of the sound of screams
And I, Jack, the Pumpkin Queen
Have grown so tired of the same old thing
Oh, somewhere deep inside of these bones
An emptiness began to grow
There's something out there, far from my home
A longing that I've never known
I'm a mistress of fright, and a demon of light
And I'll scare you right out of your pants
To a guy in Kentucky, I'm Lady Unlucky
And I'm known throughout England and France
And since I am dead, I can take off my head
To recite Shakespearean quotations
No animal nor man can scream like I can
With the fury of my recitations
But who here would ever understand
That the Pumpkin Queen with the skeleton grin
Would tire of her crown, if they only understood
She'd give it all up if she only could
Oh, there's an empty place in my bones
That calls out for something unknown
The fame and praise come year after year
Does nothing for these empty tears

Der ErlkΓΆnig
04:05
|
|||
Es ist der Vater mit seinem Kind;
"Mein Sohn, was birgst du so bang dein Gesicht?"
"Siehst, Vater, du den ErlkΓΆnig nicht?
Den ErlenkΓΆnig mit Kron und Schweif?"
"Mein Sohn, es ist ein Nebelstreif."
"Du liebes Kind, komm, geh mit mir!
Gar schΓΆne Spiele spiel' ich mit dir;
Was ErlenkΓΆnig mir leise verspricht?"
"Sei ruhig, bleibe ruhig, mein Kind;
In dΓΌrren BlΓ€ttern sΓ€uselt der Wind."
"Willst, feiner Knabe, du mit mir gehn?
Meine TΓΆchter sollen dich warten schΓΆn;
"Ich liebe dich, mich reizt deine schΓΆne Gestalt;
Erreicht den Hof mit MΓΌh' und Not;
In seinen Armen das Kind war tot.

Swan Lake Theme

Meine TrΓ€nen
Kann ich kaum stoppen
Ihr wart die Stimme zur Zeit
Die Stimmung, das GefΓΌhl
Wenn unsere Helden sterben
Stirbt auch ein Teil in uns
Jetzt zieht das Leben Kreise
Und doch bleibt nichts mehr gleich
Wenn unsere Helden sterben
HΓ€lt unsre Liebe sie am Leben
Unsere Helden wollen wir feiern, uh uh
Und beim Tanzen um trauern
Diese PlΓ€tze
Werden niemals mehr besetzt
Doch diese PlΓ€tze
Bleiben niemals leer
Seh die Freiheit und ein Halleluja
Ihr habt gegeben, wir genommen
Schwarze Asche deckt das Land der Helden
Lila Regen fΓ€llt von Himmel, oh oh
Wenn unsere Helden sterben
Wird es unertrΓ€glich still
Diese Hymnen bleiben unsre Lieblingslieder
Unsre Helden leben weiter
Uns bleibt euer Lebenswerk
Uns bleibt euer Licht
Uns bleibt euer Wahnsinn
Euer Liebe, eure Hingabe als Spiegelbild
Uns bleibt euer Lebenswerk, oh
Uns bleibt euer Licht, oh
Uns bleibt euer Wahnsinn
Euer Liebe, eure Hingabe als Spiegelbild
Wenn unsere Helden sterben
Halten wir sie in uns am Leben

Medea's Lullaby
06:40
|
|||
Would that I'm a monster
would that's iron my heart
I won't settle for what
has been demanded from me
Killing you meant murdering
the expected part of me
by killing you I assassinated
whom I don't ever want to be
Would that I will spread my wings
and from your handcuffs release
Iβll make sure to take them all
All seeds between him and me
Killing you...
I wear my pain as a crown
If you knew what I've done
The most painful words are
the ever-left unsaid ones
Killing youβ¦
I will not look back
I wonβt let fear reache me
not a seed will ever grow
never from us
here my revenge
Killing you...
